Welcome to Ovelli Studios. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

Throughout these Terms, "Ovelli Studios," "Ovelli," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Ovelli Studios.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Products

We strive to accurately display product colors, sizing, and details. However, due to different monitor settings and manufacturing variations, slight differences may occur.

Many Ovelli products are produced in limited quantities. Once sold out, they may not be restocked.

Availability is not guaranteed until your order has been confirmed.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse service
  • Verify payment information
  • Request additional identification when necessary

5. Shipping

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Ovelli Studios is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Events beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Preorders

Preorder items are produced after purchase.

Estimated production windows are estimates only.

Production may be delayed due to manufacturing, supplier delays, customs, or high order volume.

By purchasing preorder items, you acknowledge that delays may occur.

7. Custom Grillz

All Grillz are custom-made and manufactured specifically for each customer.

Because they are custom products:

  • All Grillz sales are final.
  • No refunds or cancellations are accepted once production has begun.
  • Customers are responsible for submitting accurate impressions.
  • Ovelli Studios is not responsible for poor fit resulting from inaccurate molds or impressions.

If a remake is required due to manufacturing error, we will determine eligibility at our discretion.

Production time begins only after we receive acceptable impressions.

8. Molding Kits

Customers are responsible for following all instructions included with molding kits.

Improper impressions may require a new kit.

Additional molding kits may require an additional fee.

9. Returns

Unless otherwise stated:

Eligible apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging included

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Grillz
  • Custom products
  • Personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale merchandise

Returned merchandise that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

10. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for eligible apparel when inventory is available.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos
  • Description of the issue

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including:

  • Logos
  • Artwork
  • Product designs
  • Graphics
  • Photography
  • Videos
  • Branding
  • Text

is the exclusive property of Ovelli Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

13. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, or social media content featuring Ovelli products and tag or mention Ovelli Studios, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, display, and use that content for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

14. Promotions

Discount codes:

  • Cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
  • Have no cash value.
  • May expire without notice.
  • May exclude certain products.

Ovelli reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time.

15. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Ovelli Studios before filing a payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed after products have entered production or shipped may result in:

  • Account restrictions
  • Refusal of future orders
  • Submission of documentation to the payment processor supporting the transaction

Custom-made products already in production are not eligible for cancellation due to a payment dispute.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ovelli Studios shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Shipping delays
  • Carrier negligence

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

17. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your payment information.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Connecticut.

19. Changes to These Terms

Ovelli Studios may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
