How To Use Your Molding Kit

OVELLI GRILLZ MOLD KIT INSTRUCTIONS

Follow these steps carefully so we can create the best fit for your custom grillz.
WHAT’S INSIDE
Your kit includes:
Molding putty
Mold tray
Return packaging
Order information card
Please make sure everything is included before starting.

BEFORE YOU START
Wash your hands.
Brush your teeth.
Make sure your mouth is clean and dry.
Read all instructions before opening the putty.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke while making your mold.
Once the putty is mixed, you must work quickly before it hardens.

STEP 1: MIX THE PUTTY
Take both colors of putty and mix them together.
Knead quickly until the color is fully blended with no streaks.
This should take about 30 seconds.
Do not overmix.

STEP 2: PLACE PUTTY IN THE TRAY
Roll the mixed putty into a thick log shape.
Place it evenly inside the mold tray.
Make sure there is enough putty toward the front of the tray where your teeth will press in.

STEP 3: TAKE YOUR IMPRESSION
Place the tray into your mouth.
Line it up with the teeth you are ordering grillz for.
Bite or press your teeth firmly into the putty.
Hold completely still for 3–5 minutes.
Do not move, chew, talk, or adjust the tray while the mold is setting.

STEP 4: REMOVE THE MOLD
Slowly pull the tray straight out of your mouth.
Do not twist or bend it.
Check the mold before sending it back.
A good mold should show:
Clear tooth shapes
Deep gumline detail
No dragging or smearing
No missing teeth marks
No holes in the front area
If the mold looks messy, shallow, or unclear, contact us before sending it back.

STEP 5: LET IT SET
Let the mold sit for at least 10 minutes before packaging.
Do not rinse the mold.
Do not wrap it while it is wet.
Do not remove the putty from the tray.

STEP 6: SEND IT BACK
Place the completed mold back into the return packaging.
Include your order information card.

Ship the kit back using the return instructions provided.

*Put the tray in the ziplock bag, place it in the mailer,  and attach the return to the mailer. The other items can be discarded.*
Once we receive your mold, production will begin.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Bad impressions may delay your order.
We are not responsible for poor fit caused by an incorrect mold.
If your mold is unusable, we may need to send a new kit or request another impression.
For best results, take your time and follow each step exactly.
