Because every single piece is custom-molded and hand-crafted to fit your exact dental structure, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once we begin casting your piece in precious metal, the materials and labor cannot be reversed or resold.
Order Cancellations
We get that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so for a full refund only before you ship your impression mold back to our studio. If you cancel after your impression kit has already shipped to you, we will issue a refund minus a $50 kit and processing fee. Once your mold arrives at our studio and passes inspection, production begins immediately and the order can no longer be canceled.

We guarantee that your grillz will perfectly fit the dental mold you provide.

Inspecting the Fit: When your piece arrives, try it in carefully. Do not force it.

Adjustments: If the fit feels slightly tight or loose, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange to have the piece sent back to the studio for a complimentary fit adjustment.

Note: Our fit guarantee is void if you have dental work completed (caps, fillings, extractions) between the time you take your mold and the time your piece arrives.
