Every piece is crafted entirely from scratch to fit your exact teeth. Because we don't cut corners on casting and hand-polishing, our timelines reflect the craftsmanship required:

  • Standard Production: 4–7 weeks from the day your mold passes inspection at our studio.

  • Rush Production: 8 Business Days–2 Weeks (Only available for diamond sets).

  • Note: Shipping times for the Impression Kit and the final delivery are calculated separately from production windows.

  • Deep Cuts (Permeations): Included standard. We hand-carve the spaces between the caps so they look like individual teeth, rather than a flat, solid block of metal.

  • Open Face / Window Cuts: The center of the tooth is cut out, framing your natural teeth in solid gold borders.

  • Diamond Dust: A textured, diamond-tip tool creates a shimmering, ice-like finish on the metal surface without the price tag of full stone setting.

  • Full Hand-Set Stones: For a completely flooded, iced-out piece, we offer hand-set VVS clarity stones available via custom quote.
